Problems.

Having problems for six weeks . Was told to lodge complaint and someone has to contact you. Have complained three separate times and still nothing.

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy and looking to raise a complaint. We hope that you’ll never have reason to complain about any aspect of our services. However, if there is something that you’re not happy with, you should contact customer services first who will try and solve your issue quickly where we can.

Have you reached out to our Customer Service team yet on 150?
Is there something in particular we can help with?

Yes I have tried, three times. No one has phoned me ,even though they said
they would. Surely they can look at my account and see what's been going
on.

When you contact customer service to raise an initial complaint, you will always receive your complaint reference number by text message. Do you still have this?
If so, you can contact Customer Service and quote the complaint reference number where a guide will follow this up for you straight away.
