We agreed unlimited everything with EE agent,a month ago today I received a message which says.
(Hi from EE. Heads up - you've used 80% of your data allowance for the month. If it runs out, you'll stay connected with slower speed data. Please visit to get back up to speed.)

which is not acceptable at all, 10 GB data is nothing I need with high speed Unlimited data,

You'll need to give our customer service team a call on 150 from your handset, where our guide will be able to check the plan you're on, and ensure that you are on the correct plan as agreed.

@SMN01 EE unlimited data has a fair usage policy of 600Gb .
