      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I received a message today from ee stating that my usage is higher that usual and I might not be able to make calls or texts, following this my wifi, calls and texts wont work. I've tried to phone out of hours and its said that I need to make a payment, why is that considering I pay via direct debit and I have unlimited date calls and texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
