Right... bare with me please 🙏.... I have recently joined into a contract so I could have unlimited data so I could use my hotspot to watch TV or go on the Internet on other devices... right... so that was a certain amount, I was expecting to pay that today, but I got a text from EE saying I owe said amount but it went up £10 from the original price!! Even though everything was unlimited.... so I've paid that anyways, and I will be phoning customer services as soon as I am able, so.... thats paid, but noowwwww.... I have NO DATA!!!! 🤦‍♀️ and the next bill is due on the 29th of this month!!???? Wt-helly??? What's going on? What am I not understanding? And am I a mug? 🤷‍♀️
