All three of our EE SIM cards have been suspended. None of them have mobile signal or mobile data, and they all show "Could not activate mobile data network."

Could you please check our account and tell us why all of our services have been suspended?

With all three SIMs being affected and showing no signal or mobile data, it may be worth checking for any known network issues in your area using our Network Status checker.

If there aren't any reported issues and you're still unable to connect, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. We don't have access to account details here on the community, but they'll be able to take a closer look at your account and investigate what's causing the issue.
