I have just upgraded my phone package to include unlimited data but it does not seem to have activated. Yesterday my data levels hD almost run out and my iphone just could not function and I could not access my EE platform.

the same is happening today and I am being prompted to buy more data. I cannot contact EE and the iphone is going haywire.

any thoughts?
