      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a prepaid SIM card that doesn't allow me to use some apps. I suspect it's because of some age restriction. I went to a store and the guide said it was resolved, but nothing has changed. I don't know what I can do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy &amp;amp; pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
