I switched from O2 to EE because they promised a better network. Since I switched, my data has been really slow or doesn’t work at all. I can't even watch a video or accept a call on Messenger or any other app. When I realised the issue, because indoors I used my broadband and tried to contact customer service, I realised they don't have any staff after working hours. I can’t call them during their working hours and I am paying for a service I never received. Disappointed with EE.

On a broad basis I would certainly expect an EE phone to perform better than an O2 one, but there will always be localised variations.

Are you experiencing these issues in one specific location, or is it more generalised? And when you say data "doesn't work at all", is this where you have coverage and can make/receive calls?
