topic EE App - Data usage in Mobile Data

Hi all,

I just wanted to ask a quick question regarding the EE app.

Although I have unlimited data, I received a warning notification as I have data usage alerts enabled. It appears that the EE app has used around 1.7 GB of data, despite me never using it.

As a result, I have deleted the app from my phone to help resolve this issue. My question is whether removing the app is likely to cause any problems going forward, or whether simply accessing my EE account via an internet browser/computer, if needed, will be fine and no need to worry.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Speshtiny

Not having the app only means you cannot access the benefits the app brings. It makes no difference to your account.

Thanks
