Can u gift data to someone who is not on your account?

Welcome to the community.

You can only gift mobile data to numbers that are on the same account.

If you are with the person, you could always pop your mobile hotspot on and allow them to use your data this way.

You can't gift data between nos. under diff a/c's. They have to be both in the same person's name under the 1 MyEE family a/c, not PAYG nor a No-Frills contract. See How to gift mobile data to someone .
