Hi, I'm pretty new to the community, though I've been with EE for a while. So I just paid my monthly bill today, and I noticed that when I checked my balance that I was on "stay connected data" as I've apparently ran out of mine. So what's odd is I've definitely not ran out of data as I get 10G (I'm on a fairly basic plan) and I don't really use my data a lot, certainly I never run out. t any rate, my data should have refreshed yesterday.

Is this a glitch?

Thanks for coming to the community.

If your allowances were due to reset yesterday, you should have got your full allowance at that point.

When you text AL to 150, what does the text come back with?

Hi, Michael. I'm getting the "error 0" response from 150 currently, but earlier today I received this when checking my balance:

"Your current charges to go onto your next bill are 0.00 (this excludes line rental, VAT & any unprocessed charges).

You have run out of data but you're still connected at a slower speed. To boost your speed buy a data pass at add-on.ee.co.uk.

Have BT Broadband with us? Text DOUBLEDATA to 150 and (subject to a few eligibility checks) we'll double your Mobile data allowance.

For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/text150"

My data was showing as used up on my EE online account earlier, but now that seems to have rectified itself. I'm guessing there's been a slight delay in it updating the information, I'm just puzzled about why it would even say I was out of data as I definitely hadn't used all 10GB. I'm thinking it was potentially just caught between refreshing this current month's allowance maybe.

I'm glad to hear it is showing correctly in the online account now. It certainly does sound like it was delayed updating.

I'll get it fed back in case we see any other examples.
