Data reset on the 26th of the month and today 28th 16GB has already gone, im sending her an additional 100gb a month ontop of the 20GB allowance on her contract. I'm not sure if this is normal its only been doing it the last few months, she is not on any WiFi appart from college WiFi as she doesn't have Internet where she lives. We are wondering if its her phone as it is very old that might be causing the huge increase in data usage. Watching videos through social media, and streaming videos can use quite a bit of data.
