    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This did not help. The message did not go through at all, and I cannot send text messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I know trying to connect to another network provider will not help, which is why I switched to EE manually, and reset my phone. Because that was a solution I’d seen given on this website.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I’ve reset my phone, I’ve taken my sim card out, I’ve manually selected another provider and changed it back to EE and still nothing!! For a company that claims to be the best, I shouldn’t be having issues with them at least twice every month since I joined, it’s disgusting. I need my data since I’m a vulnerable person and cannot get into contact with my family in case something happens, but alas, EE keeps closing our active accounts anyways, so I wouldn’t put it past them to have done it again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;but I need help trying to get my data to work! Nothing is helping!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(I have attached photos of what my phone shows when I reset it, my mobile data is on when I am shown these notifications, and I’m not given the option to turn on my hotspot. I have an iPhone 16 which might be the only good thing to come out of this otherwise useless and obsolete contract.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4978780"&gt;@NthingButProbs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have the EE app, please check if you have "mobile data" activated on your account- You can do this by click on the Manage icon &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Data and usage &amp;gt; and check if the "use mobile data" is switched on or off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is switched on, there are a couple of things to check:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have the Mobile Data setting switched on in your phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried your SIM card in a different device at all?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have this issue of no mobile data access in only one area, or everywhere you go (to other towns or villages).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
