I have spoken to customer service many times before I app grade to iPhone 16p pro max, us you know I am paying unlimited speed but nothing. Same as before

No mobile data really very week but I am paying unlimited speed, it is not
fair.

Were you able to use mobile data before changing phones? Has data ever worked on your new phone?
