My internet connection is worse than the last century TRUE! When I complain nothing is done, except given new stories about rivers or try outside. Try outside are you serious

My signal goes across two rivers. Try using outside. The rivers aren’t rivers, and try using outside my flat. Seriously I’m supposed to go for a walk to get internet
