So my mobile data is not working, I turned it on then went to Google maps, nope please help

Does your phone show network coverage? Are you able to make & receive calls?

Do other internet-based apps work? Is mobile data permanently enabled on your phone?

Yes. I can make and receive calls. No, internet does not work with data I have 100GB LEFT

Does it make any difference whether you are on a call or not, as to whether data works?
