Hi @Ivanbrowne,

Welcome to the EE Community

The double data offer for having both BT Broadband and an EE Mobile is still available. Not all plans are eligible, time limited offers or retentions deals that already have additional data may not be eligible. So if you have recently signed up to a new plan that could potentially be why.

However if you are on an eligible plan and still have BT Broadband you should still get it. Try texting DOUBLE DATA to 150 from your phone and it should advise you if it can be added.

If the text service does not work, I would recommend giving us a call and one of our guides will be able to check your account and help get it sorted for you.
