      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does this happen in one specific location, or is it more general? You mention switching data on, which implies you're leaving it off most of the time? Try leaving it on permanently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try using data? Are you able to make &amp;amp; receive voice calls?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
