If I share data does the shared data have all the extras, no roaming charge for example up to the limit of the gift

Roaming charges are dictated by the tariff, so unless the other line already has Inclusive Roaming on their plan then that line would have to pay the daily rate or for a roaming pass to access the allowances (including any gifted data).

Gifted data is just additional data that can be used on top of the standard allowances of the plans, no extras included or changes to Roaming costs to access this data.

Important to point out there is also a 50GB Fair Usage Policy for data usage while abroad in EU or ROW Zone 1.

The shared data has no extra roaming charge on top of that which the user is charged for using own data.
