    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a text from EE this morning (10th September, the start of this month's billing cycle) that I have used all my mobile data allowance for the next month and can't use my data without topping up until 10th October.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mobile data had not even been switched on this morning (the phone is old and usually only on WiFi/airplane mode to preserve battery life) so I don't see how 5gb could have been used before I'd even left home! The 'data usage' section of my Android settings also say I have only used 63mb in this new monthly cycle, so nowhere near my 5gb limit. I have tried restarting my phone but there's been no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks all&lt;/P&gt;</description>
