"Only one bar" should not, of itself, be a problem - it's coverage.

Can you make & receive calls? Have you been able to use data at this location previously?

I've just split your comment into its own thread so we can make sure all the info you're getting is relevant for you.

Like @bristolian has mentioned, having one bar won't necessarily affect your ability to connect to data.

If you haven't already I'd recommend giving your phone a restart, as occasionally the connection can 'get stuck' and prevent you getting online.

It's also worth taking a look at our network status checker to see if anything is reported in the area, too.
