How can I easily reduce on line the allowance on my phone from 25GB to 10GB?

Welcome to the EE Community

Are you out of contract at the moment? If so you can sign up to a new smaller allowance plan online via the upgrades section. If you are in contract at the moment, it wont be possible to lower your plan from the contract plan.

Unless you want to change plan as mentioned it makes no difference to your plan cost reducing your data allowance on your existing plan.

Not always, promotions and time-limited offers can often make one price plan with more data cheaper than another with less data.

You may struggle to find a plan with less than 25GB data however.

Check out your options by going to Manage > Mobile & SIMs and Upgrade Now in your EE App.
