It is switched on on new &amp;amp; upgraded contracts. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're having trouble accessing social media content, ie pictures, comments or opening links etc it is probably due to the parental controls being set to&amp;nbsp; Kids under 13yrs.&amp;nbsp; Since renewing my contract I experienced this problem I phoned EE and they said factory reset my phone !! I have since discovered my parental&amp;nbsp; controls were set to under 13yrs. So annoying !! Hope this helps someone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
