&lt;P&gt;If it's been over 24 hours since you paid your bill and you're still unable to use your phone, I'd advise &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;contacting us&lt;/A&gt; and speaking to a guide.&lt;/P&gt;
