I have same problem but cannot call 150 and chat not working on app as no eSIM or data 😢

Trying to get eSIM to work it wiped out my SIM card now can’t use iPhone with data waiting for new pack in post

I’ve had no data since 11th October can’t call as no data had to use chat I’m so unhappy got to wait for sim to arrive by post

I appreciate it's not easy to get in touch when you haven't got any service @Pinkypine55

If you didn't want to wait for one to be sent by post and you are the account holder, you can pop into an EE store with photo ID (driving license or passport) and they can issue a replacement there and then.
