Slow browsing, loading images videos on social media

Hello, i bought new sim and i am keep facing this strange issue like i am getting good speed but when it comes to browsing website even like wikipedia, and loading images and videos on social apps it is like speed is only about 1mb i got new sim ported

Which type of plan are you on? Is it a pay monthly contract or pay as you go?

Could you check your postcode on our network status checker to see if there are any maintenance works in your area please?

Did you get a chance to check the Network Status Checker that @Christopher_G mentioned here?

Also when you mention getting good speeds, how is it you're testing this, and have you noticed any variation depending on the area you're in?

I am using speedtest website as well as other sites too, and no there is no variation i have noticed or observed it's always anywhere i go sometimes it gets good but sometimes like it's dead slow, there is no maintenance going on

Yes i did, one thing is that when i use cloudflare dns as a vpn or dns the issue somehow sorts a little bit but in normal mod it is always does like keep loading images or very slow videos also etc.

i am using s25 ultra and i also tried poco x5 pro, but it is doing same thing on both devices

Thanks for checking in different handsets.

I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Service on 150 where he technical team will be able to investigate why your data speed appear to be restricted and get this back to full speed for you.
