On the 21th April EE texted me because you are with BT & EE you can now get double data text double back to us. I did they messaged me back the same day we will get this done for you and get back to you. Well it’s now 14th of May and no double data yet on the app how long should this normally take because they never got back to me 🤔.

@Residentsteven This gets added on your next billing cycle not mid cycle.

Thanks, I’ve had my bill but it hasn’t come out my bank account yet, I will keep an eye on it for now.

If the bill is due to come out, I would have expected the data to have gone on now. If you give our team a call, they'll be able to check it for you.

It’s strange I have heard other people mention that it took a while to be added. I don’t always use my 20gb every month. But it would be nice to have, I will have to give them a call. Is it worth texting double again to EE, I did it in caps which might have been the problem 🤔.

It shouldn't matter if it was in capitals to be honest @Residentsteven, and if you got a reply to say it would be added it would mean the request went through.

Giving the team a call when you get a chance would be the best option as they'll be able to view your account and see what is happening.

Thanks I gave them a call and it looks like I’m already receiving my extra data and have been for a while 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 but it’s always good to check thanks for the help everyone 👍🏻.
