Upgrade to I Phone 16 no mobile data

Just upgraded to Iphone 16, put my sim in from old iphone as told to do so. Have wifi at home but no mobile data even when switched on. Tried switching on and off and putting into airplane mode & knocking off

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your SIM. Was your SIM working in your old phone?

Yes - I only transferred everything to my new phone last night - works fine with wifi just not connected when away from home?

Is your SIM an EE SIM, or is it on another network @Jayne2810?
