    <description>&lt;P&gt;Used to get 20/30 Mb download speed, but recenetly cant even get past 1/2 Mb.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have multple screenshots of speed tests and have spoke to EE. Get a text every day saying its been fixed but problem still remains.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Completly unacceptable as cant even open web pages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would avoid and will be canceling my contract&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If this problem is specific to one location, then it's likely due to a single site issue affecting that one location. And in which case, network faults happen on all networks from time-to-time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In many cases, and especially in&amp;nbsp; urban locations, there's usually overlapping coverage available from neighbouring sites such that the loss-of-service isn't always noticeable. Does the web status tool show a recognised fault currently?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
