Have signal but internet connection not working

Here is the problem.

The signal bar is full but the internet connection barely works. Can’t use brower or most apps, but messengers and Instagram seem ok. It feels very strange.

This situation began from yesterday (31 March, Monday), around 6pm.

I have tried restart my phone. Also turn on/off the wifi/ mobile data a few times. But the problem remains.

Please help me solve the problem. Thank you.

I have the same problem! Browser and other apps not working, but messenger and insta work. The signal bar is full. Wifi works as usual. Mine network stopped working around 6pm this evening, very similar to maslovaa28’s.

Please help me to solve this. Thank you.

Welcome to the EE Community

Are you able to give the phone another restart now and test if you are now able to connect on data or whether the issue remains? If you are still having issues try resetting the network settings of your phone, but this will remove saved Wi-Fi networks on your phone so make sure you have the details handy to reconnect.
