Hello @Yash69 ,

Welcme to the community,

No-one will call you, this is not customer service, we have no idea who you are and no account access.

You will have to ring them, using either another phone or something like Skype for free, see my signature, or go to an EE high street store.

Did you transfer your number from another network? Have you made sure that the transfer is complete and that your number is showing? Are you on pay as you go or contract? If on pay as you go, do you have enough credit?

You can ring customer service by pressing 150 and then 2 on your keyboard, since you can make calls.

Hey there @Yash69.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

Like @Schockwave has mentioned here, it'd be great to know if you're on contract or pay as you go here, as this can have a lot of influence on how you connect to the internet.

If you're on pay as you go, chances are you need to purchase a subscription pack for data, as we don't offer the option to use this direct with credit.

For contract, it's more likely to be something linked to the configuration of your device.
