      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on holiday in Greece and pay for data roaming, this gives me 20gb.&amp;nbsp; All of a sudden I have run out of roaming data and now have no option but to wait over 2 weeks before it gets topped up.&amp;nbsp; I really must complain EE does not have a way to check how much roaming data I am using so I can be in control of making it last.&amp;nbsp; I just came over to EE from O2, they give me my normal allowance I would have in the UK, they also show me exactly how much data I have been using.&amp;nbsp; How hard can it be to add a simple usage gauge so users can spread out roaming data.&amp;nbsp; Fortunately my wife is still with O2 so she is sharing her data with me now.&amp;nbsp; Come on EE provide what customers want and need.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m on an unlimited plan with 50GB fup roaming. &amp;nbsp;I cannot find anyway to see the roaming data usage. &amp;nbsp;The app states unlimited so no meter, txt 150 and states my current bill is £0 etc. website the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there must be a counter in the network associated with my sim. How do I query it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and according to support agent I cannot buy any add-on either. &amp;nbsp;So all in all very unhelpful…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I’ve been advised twice that no add-ons are available for an unlimited plan. &amp;nbsp;And I don’t believe I’ve received any sms for plans I can subscribe to. &amp;nbsp;Only turning on roaming and costs…I&lt;SPAN&gt;i still find it unbelievable that the app or short code can’t be used to query usage? &amp;nbsp;It’s not hard; other networks manage it, &amp;nbsp;even if a lagging meter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m assuming they are actually counting …&lt;/P&gt;</description>
