&lt;P&gt;Emails are too slow to deal with customer issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does texting AL to 150 report back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I never had an issue with data before, my plan gives me 6gb a month, that's plenty. Since the new year, however, I've been running out and I have checked online and now I only have an allowance of 30gb and have no idea why and since EE don't have a chat or email service its nearly impossible to actually speak to someone about I need the communities help. Does anyone have any ideas&lt;/P&gt;</description>
