unable to gift data

I have quite an urgent requirement to gift some data to my daughter at university as she has run out but the web site has been saying. "We will have it fixed soon

Sorry, we can't show this device's data right now. Please try again later"

Any idea on when this will be resolved as it is quite urgent for my daughter and this message has been displayed for over 3 hours now

Have you tried the app? PC or Mac wouldn't work but the app did...

I wold definitely recommend giving the app a go like @RNMCHINNOR has recommended here, making sure that this and your phone are fully up to date.

If you're still struggling, please reach out to our customer care team and they can transfer this from our end, and take a closer look into the issues you're facing too.
