Gifting data not working

I haven’t been able to gift data to my sons phone through the app. I have had an error message since last week that says we cannot get this information at the moment. Try again later.

And I haven’t been able to call because my call won’t connect.

Anyone else having this problem?

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry to hear you are unable to data gift at the moment through the app. Have you tried logging into the website on your browser to gift data instead of the app to see if it works that way?
