Just to be sure, have you been able to gift data successfully in the past?

Also if you log into the EE App and select Manage > View Family usage, does this show the option to gift data ?

Yes always have been able to gift data, just keep getting a error since I've tried last night, I can't log in the app for some reason I'm getting a error there too.Sent from my Galaxy

Can you please check to make sure that there aren't any updates available to both the app and your phone too?

If everything is up to date, it's worth giving this a fresh install too, clearing your cookies and cache before downloading it again.
