Hi- not been able to gift data for 2 days now- says it can’t view allowance right now but is trying to fix the issue. Irritating as I use these accounts Ed to move data around- there’s plenty there. Anyone got a fix? It’s happened before then magically resolved. Did usual restart/ plane mode/ this is online not the app.

Are you able to try using the app, and see if you have any luck doing so?

Hi- yes app worked- rather have not downloaded it due to space- should work on both platforms really and has been an issue for many over years.

It's great to hear that this is now working for you @steve130 and it sounds like it isn't an issue with your account.

Can you try clearing the cookies and cache on your browser, and see if this lets you do this?
