Hi I have also been in the same boat as you when I used it for 2 minutes with 20 GB and then it went to 2 I have figured out why and the reason is all about the money i read the terms and conditions and a little hidden clause in there states “ a few GB of data may go missing”

That would be really helpful if you could quote the specific T&C that you refer to?
