&lt;P&gt;Are you still using another network SIM alongside your EE one at the moment, or just the EE one?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the phone's internet settings may be linked to one of the other networks you were using, so I would definitely check this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These settings are called 'Access Point Names' or APNs, and Honor have a &lt;A href="https://www.honor.com/my/support/content/en-us00409919/#:~:text=Open%20Settings%2Csearch%20for%20APN,and%20tap%20Reset%20network%20settings." target="_blank"&gt;guide on how you can find and reset these&lt;/A&gt; that's worth checking out.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is Honor, it is dual SIM and before the data worked ok but after that I also used the other SIM card with the date and after using the other card the data on the EE SIM card didn't work anymore&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
