Facebook, messenger WhatsApp does not work when on data

Having trouble with my data all works fine on utube and most apps apart from Facebook, Messenger and what's app, I have phoned EE they say everything is how it should be, been into 4 EE shops and all they say is if you can get utube then your data is working.

All I want to know is why can I not get data on those 3 apps, is it worth resetting my phone I have a Motorola razer 50 ultra.

Someone please help as it's driving me insane!!!

I am having this trouble too with my data on Facebook, messenger and WhatsApp, it is driving me crazy and I don't know how to get it working right!! I have a Motorola razer 50 ultra

This is consistent with your Content Lock being active, either moderate or strict. Toggle it to strict, and then set it back to "off" afterwards.
