hi, i recently went on holiday to turkey and ive came back and my data seems to not be working i’ve tried everything and still not working

my calls are fine because i was able to call a friend but not sure about my texts

Have you tried restarting your phone since you returned to the UK? If not, I'd recommend doing a restart.

yes i had to update it so i thought maybe that was the problem but it wasn’t i restarted my networks but still hasn’t been working

If you have tried disconnecting from the EE networking and reconnecting and this has not worked I'd recommend reporting this to technical care.
