I know it's frustrating when things aren't working as expected!

Have you been able to gift data before?

Are the two numbers on the same account you want to gift data between?

Have you tried through the EE app and your main online account?

What happens when you try to gift the data, does it not move over, or do you see an error message?

@ALI-12 Please let me know more about what's happening with your data gifting online.

I have been gifting data to my daughter for ages but yesterday it first told me "error, something went wrong" then second error message of "noone in your plan eligible" Please sort it, I pay quite a lot of money a month for both phones

Can you please try your EE app and your main online account, are both seeing the same error?
