Hello, I’m already an EE customer and have been for years. I am wondering if I buy an EE unlimited data sim, would I be able to keep all of my contacts and keep the same mobile number.

Welcome to the community,

You will have to do an upgrade, to keep your number. Contacts are on your phone, so if you want to keep the using the same phone then just do an upgrade, same if you want to get a contract with a new phone.

how do I upgrade my sim? I’ve tried using the myee app but it keeps on showing me phones or not loading at all.

it’s driving me insane

@lx1g8 , I would suggest ringing customer service, or have you tried clicking on shop? It will ask whether you are already a customer, and hopefully you can do it there, just make sure it is an upgrade.
