That will reset your connection to the home network and you will then need to then tap to re-join the network and enter your Wi-Fi password again on the phone and see if you can connect to the internet through the Wi-Fi then.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also just regarding your data, were you getting text messages from us about the data, or were you being warned by notifications on your phone?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Buying data from EE ..&amp;nbsp; if i buy some data say 5gb&amp;nbsp; whats the 25 days all about ? does it run out in 25 days ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do i have to pay every day for 25 days ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry i know absalutly nothing about this s##t ... nobody told me i have to turn off data switch on my phone, now i have a huge bill ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wifi.. network..&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;what do i use ?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; everything ive read about all this mumbo jumbo i find so boring i have no interest in it&amp;nbsp; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anybody out there help i'm 77 old man not an Teco junkie !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's only on PAYG you'd be buying data &amp;amp; it would last for 30 days or until it's exhausted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On contract you'd have a fixed data allowance each month anyway altho' you could buy extra if you ran out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; XRaySpeX,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply..&amp;nbsp; I am on sim only contract which i am happy with, however i bought a new phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and set it up the best (to my knowledge ?)&amp;nbsp; the best i could.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After about 3 weeks i was getting warnings about "Data" ?&amp;nbsp; i thought, whats this.. Ive never had this ever before&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;turns out i was using "data" on my phone going on facebook every day, also i have a security camera outside that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also used "data"?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; apparently unknown to my knowledge my phone was switched "On" to "Data" EE told me to turn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it off and switch it to Wifi ... problem is i cant get bugger all now ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i suppose i have to buy more data.. looking on EEs website at the data chart it shows the costs and&amp;nbsp; it shows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;25 days&amp;nbsp; ??&amp;nbsp; whats that about ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you might not be connected to your WiFi connection. Do you know how to find the password for your home WiFi?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you done something ? ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For days my phones been saying "Connected but no internet" but i just checked again since your reply and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now its states "Connected" ?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Thats Strange ?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to make sure and tried it out on Facebook and everything was working ok.. i then checked my Data button&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and yes it was still "off"&amp;nbsp; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't know what you done Alex but i Thank You !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That should keep you on Wi-Fi moving forward when its available.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With regards to your data, if you were getting text messages about data usage those will be direct from us, if you were getting notification warnings on the phone, this is just a custom setting that you may have set on the phone and can be turned off.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You would be able to see this in Settings&amp;gt; Connections&amp;gt; Data Usage&amp;gt; Billing Cycle and data warning. It will show here if you have a data warning set.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But if you text AL to 150 it will text you back confirming how much data you have left&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
