Mobile Router says I have a new message - I don't!

My new EE mobile router tells me I have a new message, it's flashing white, and when I log, hovering over the envelope on the top menu says 'New Message'. I log in to read messages and... nothing! I have SMS forwarding set up, how can I get rid of the 'new message' and flashing white light?

Which model of mobile router is it you're using at the moment?

Hi @Blackhouse,

Just to be clear that is via 192.168.1.1 you are logging in to check your messages? And it does show your text messages there, just none are showing unread?

Have you restarted the router? And if nothing has changed have you tried removing the SIM for a couple of mins and re-inserting?
