      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apple &amp;amp; Android phones have a data-counter facility within their menus, which provides an app-by-app breakdown of usage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to sync the counting period to match your billing cycle to further assist investigations into usage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
