    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4423884"&gt;@Dramaqueen93x&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Sounds like content lock is enabled and only be account holder can request to his to be removed from your line. &amp;nbsp;They need to call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token to have this removed or they need to go to a EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there. &amp;nbsp;There is nothing you can do yourself as you are not the account holder. &amp;nbsp;Ie it’s not in your name. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Curious what I should do because I’m also having this issue and I am not the bill payer or account holder so I’m assuming tech support won’t speak to me. At the moment I can’t speak to the acount holder and have been having this issue for 8 days now!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
