WhatsApp can’t register

Got a new phone today transferred everything and now I can’t use WhatsApp I get to point where I put my number in and country click next it takes me to privacy a policy supposed to take me to a page where I can request a verification code ? Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Are you using the same SIM card?

Could you try removing the app and downloading this again to start and set up, does this work for you?

Yes it’s same sim, I tried re downloading, I’ve tried taking the sim out and putting it back , not really sure what’s going on

Could you try turning off WiFi and trying again?
