Gifting data abroad (Canaries)

Hello,

I am travelling next week with my two teens to the Canary Islands.
They have their own sims but I usually top up their data every month.
Our billing cycle resets midway through our holiday (18th) - will I be able to gift more data after this date?

They have the EU roaming pass (£2odd per day) on their accounts. But they will definitely run out of data before we land back in the UK unless I can gift some while we are abroad.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @zara_mw

Welcome to the community.

Since the Canary Islands are within the EU zone, you should be able to gift the data between your lines as normal, even if your allowance resets abroad. It may be worth checking with the place that you're staying if there's free WiFi, so that you can make use of that as much as possible.

Also, make sure that each device is set up for roaming by texting ROAMING to 150.
