I'm trying to buy the £40 unlimited option from add ons, but it doesn't charge me anything at all. I receive a message that an error has occurred.

I tried to buy add ons and I have been receiving this message for 2 days: "We're working on fixing this page" , "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."
